Mildred's Call
Hi Everyone,
Mildred did a fantastic job with a caller on 2/18. The caller had a lot to get off of her chest and Mildred did a wonderful job of using her MR PISS skills to connect with the caller and offer her support. She even got a donation out of it! Kudos, for sure! The concluding lines of the card are worth repeating since it brings home how important effortful/skillful counseling is to the callers, and to the agency as a whole: โCLT thanked CO for listening and helping and making a difference and asked for the name of our org so she can donate money to it when she is able. CLT was incredibly thankful for the CO and Orgs time.โย
