Hi Everyone,

When you're scrolling through categories on your cards, you'll notice a couple of changes. We've added a new card category called "Religious / Cultural Issues" for calls where a client is having difficulties relating to their religious or cultural beliefs.

We have also changed the category previously called "Crossdressers" to "Gender Expression," as the word "crossdresser" is no longer used. This would be for callers who do not necessarily identify as transgender or non-binary, but are fluid in how they outwardly present themselves, as their expression may not align with their perceived gender.
