New Shift Supervisor Alert & Welcome
Hello everyone! Please join me in welcoming our newest Shift Supervisor, Franceska Anilus!
She has been behind the scenes for the last month, learning the ropes and shadowing our other Shift Supervisors during their on-call shifts. As of this week, however, she is ready for your questions and eager to offer any help or guidance you may need.

Just as reminder, below you will find the names of all the current Shift Supervisors. You may see their names on five9 during the 7am-9am timeframe on Weekdays, and they are the wonderful and knowledgeable group monitoring the Google Voice as of 4pm Monday-Friday and all-day Saturday and Sunday. Please feel free to reach out to them if you ever need any clinical guidance, interventions, etc.
